My name is Simon Choi
I'm an ex Special Forces Trainer and Coach. As the grandson of an Australian Chinese POW during World War 2 in Papua New Guinea I took an interest in resilience, how to build it and having the discipline to achieve your goals no matter what the hardships in your way.
